Holbeck Neighbourhood Plan
Active member of the Publicity Group in the Holbeck Neighbourhood Plan.www.holbeckneighbourhoodplan.org.uk. This is an regeneration program funded by the local authority to address the needs of the area and highlight the positive sites of improvement. Holbeck is a socially deprived area which has been allocated the funding to help provide better housing and a better place to live. This is made up of local residents, businesses and professionals within and outside of the area to be involved. My current role is to help promote the work carried out by the plan and reach the more isolated residents in bringing the plan together into a more coherent way.

Volunteering to promote digital inclusion at Holbeck Elderly Aid. Utilising resources by bringing people together, facilities and skills. My main role is to initiate a network and widen participation in the South Leeds area in particular Holbeck by forging charities to work together.
Holbeck Viaduct Project</
I am involved with a local community group to help bring a disused railway line back to life by transforming it into an urban walkway. The historic structure is a feat of Victorian engineering and runs through Holbeck into town. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise a local resource by involving the community. I have conducted research by visiting the High Line in Manhattan http://www.thehighline.org and walking on the Promenade in Paris.
